Easy-peasy spinach and avocado dip

Vegan savoury

1 large bowl – 5 minutes of preparation

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 or 2 handfuls spinach leaves
  • 1 handful basil
  • 3 dsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

Mix all the ingredients in the blender and that’s it! Keeps for 2 days in the fridge.

Pro tip: serve the dip as an appetiser with crackers or raw vegetables – it’ll be gone in moments. You could also try replacing the spinach with rocket or kale!
